What We Did.

20 Wednesday march 2019 ( CIP ) 

Hello my name is Liyah

today our class and the other class what we did is to plant seeds in the egg carton.

we split are self into three or four groups in my groups were Kahciar, Sapphire and me.

what we put in the egg carton was seeds and the seeds are cabbage and silver beet. 

i help Kahciar with the cabbage and Sapphire  just do it by herself because she wanted to.

me and Kahciar were the first one to finish our cabbage sapphire was almost done with

her silver beet. after me and Kahciar finish we put them outside carefully and the other did the same 

thing as well because the teacher told us, after we finish putting it outside sapphire was finish

she put it outside as well and she put it next to us. after that we did a blog post about it of what

we did today.

Planting my own plant

what: Carrots, Tomato, Pumpkin, Cabage , Bell pepper, Chilli.

where do i plant it: I will plant it in the big bucket so that it will be pretty easy to lift up the plant.

why did i pick these plants: i picked it because it is easy to plant and there yummy.

picking up rubbish

Hello my name is Liyah today we picked plums to make jam and sauce we put the plums inside the bag. After morning tea we went back to pick rubbish, we found LOTS of rubbish and we almost made a big pile of rubbish.

Tane Mahuta

Today for Tane Mahuta our job is to look after the school so we went outside to pick up rubbish from the field so that it can be clean and make the we all split up into two different groups to cover more ground. In my group we have Emily,Mckenzie,Lucy,Saphire and a few more others. there was someone who found  a phone and there was this girl who found a 5$. we found lots of rubbish form the field and the far end there were rubbish everywhere on the field so we have to pick them all, the bag was so full because we pick lots of rubbish.

Hi  my name is Liyah today and last week i read 10-12  about the book How To Be Good At Maths by Carol Vorderman. What i learnt from this book is the Roman Numerals, a Roman numerals is a letter from a number for example: 1 which is I, 2 is the same as number 1 but two is different it has II two i. not all of the numerals are the same they can be in any different letters.

PLACE VALUE
Next is the Place Value. A place value is In our number system, the amount digit is worth depends on where it's place in a number. What is place value? Place Value is the value of each digit number. it means understanding that 582 is made up of 500, 80 and 2, rather than 5, 8 and 2.

Tane Mahuta

Hi my name is Liyah and I am part of the Tane Mahuta group. Our job is to writhe down our ideas on  the paper like colourful 
flowers, hidden paradise, fountain (not a drinking fountain) and some more other ideas that we have 
written down. Today we walk and check the part of the school that we haven't seen before in the 
school. My favourite area at school is the pumpkin and the plum, the plums were growing to fast and 
one of them is starting to turn orange, there were so many plums on the tree and some of the birds were 
eating them. My best idea to improve the school is to make a secret paradise that has......

• Aquarium
